Growing a pool construction business requires construction superintendents that can perform at a high level. Too often these employees leave to start their own business soon after they think they know it all. This program will explain where to find the necessary talent, train them to be valued superintendents, and retain them for long-term growth, stability, and performance that helps the company’s reputation and bottom line. Instructed by Bruce Dunn of Mission Pools, one of the nation’s Top 50 Builders with more than 56 years of success in residential, small commercial, and large commercial projects.
