Growing a pool construction business requires construction superintendents that can perform at a high level. Too often these employees leave to start their own business soon after they think they know it all. This program will explain where to find the necessary talent, train them to be valued superintendents, and retain them for long-term growth, stability, and performance that helps the company’s reputation and bottom line. Bruce Dunn

Dunn is the Owner and President of several businesses, including Mission Pools of Escondido. His companies employ 180 people in pool construction, service, and sales. Mission Pools is the builder of over 12,000 swimming pools, spas, and water features. Bruce is a graduate of the California State University in San Luis Obispo, California, and the Harvard University Graduate School of Business OPM program. He has served on the Board of Directors for three separate community banks in Southern California. Bruce has served two terms as chairman of the Master Pools Guild and ten years as Chairman of California’s Swimming Pool Educational Council, SPEC and is a member of the National Swimming Pool Foundation® Board of Directors.
